Recently, engineers from Shanghai TUV conducted safety inspections on two Pengda Servo Auto Trim Hydraulic Press and both passed the tests. TUV engineers inspected numerous details of the equipment and carefully recorded the data. The main testing items consist of three parts: the performance of various safety components; Alarm information in the touch screen program; Grounding of electrical boxes and connections between mechanical components.
Safety components: safety grating, emergency stop button, safety door, safety locking mechanism, limit model, etc. And the safety distance of the grating is the most important detection item.
Safety distance: The safe distance of the grating is calculated by detecting the stop time and displacement of the slider after the grating is broken to determine the minimum safe distance of the grating, which is the distance of S in the following figure.
Specific process: Connect a linear sensor to the slider, use a breaking device to break the grating at the maximum speed (2m/s), test the corresponding displacement and time, break 10 times, and take the maximum value to calculate the minimum width of the grating, that is, the minimum safe distance.
CE personnel check whether the PLC signal display is normal on the touch screen by interrupting the grating, opening and closing the side door, and disconnecting Sitema.
By using a specialized resistance detection device, check whether the grounding inside the electrical cabinet, mechanical structural components, trunking connections, etc. meets the requirements.
