PEEK process steps:

The PEEK molding process mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation → mold preheating → workpiece positioning → heating stage → pressing stage → cooling stage
Throughout the entire process, mold design, material heating, pressing pressure, and cooling speed are all critical steps that require strict control.
Heating Control System:
- Heating to 200 ° C/392℉
- Heating form optional: oil heating, electric heating
- Working table heating or tool heating
- Heating rate: 1-3℃/ min
