A: We are located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, less than three-hour's drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Any yes, we will pick you up at the airport.
Q: How many heating methods are there for mould or table?
A: Oil heating, electrical heating, steam heating
Q: How to decide whether to choose mould heating or table heating?
A: It depends on the table size and the number of moulds used on one press. If the table size is large, we would suggest mould heating since it saves more energy; but you can still choose to heat the table with the large size when the press is used by many sets of moulds.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: 30% up-front payment, 70% balance payment before delivery.
Q: What tonnage do you provide for the press?
A: From 100 ton to 6000 ton.
Q: How's the quality of the press?
A: Our presses all meet CE standard. We can show you the press by video. The best way is to visit our factory in person.
Q: Does your press have an oil-leak?
A: The pipe connectors of presses are connected by metal cutting ferrules and SAE flanges and we can guarantee that there is no oil leak in five years.
Q: What makes your presses different from others?
A: Our presses are more energy saving and safer. On one hand, our presses use pure servo oil-electrical system (servo motor + servo drive) and the actual working time only accounts for around 5% (the longer the holding pressure time, the more energy saving there will be). On the other hand, we use mechanical locking system or Sitema safety catcher to grab the slider in order to guarantee safe operation.
Q: How do we get a quote?
A: You can send us the basic requirements in Contact Us area, such as table size, product material, tonnage of the press, daylight and stroke, speed requirement, we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Q: Do you provide product certification service?
A: We can provide CE TUV certification service if you need.
